Ancient Egypt was the first modern western civilization to have advanced in the areas of architecture, math, written communication and culture. For centuries this culture grew at a great pace, giving way to some of the ancient worlds great wonders.
The pyramids are such wonders. Even today, man has yet to replicate the awesome size of these monsterous buildings. They are the first man made objects to survive the test of time.
