Healthy
kittens have bright and shiny eyes and coat. They will
also generally look happy and interested in their surroundings.
Avoid kittens that are too shy or scared. Their ears should
also be clean and they should also have a pale pink mouth
and gums. A healthy kitten will require less medical visits
and save you money in the long run.
You
have to be very patient when establishing a relationship
with a kitten. Just like people, kittens need time to
bond with you. When you first get your kitten, don't let
it wander around on it's own. First, let it get used to
you before it gets used to your hourse. You should keep
kittens n their own room with their litter tray, food
and water. Kittens' also need a comfortable bed or basket
to sleep in with some toys to play with. They love yarn.
